Katie Cutter, DVM, DACVO

Katie is a North Carolina native and received both her BS and DVM from North Carolina State University. She then completed her small animal rotating internship in 2001 and her comparative ophthalmology residency in 2004 at Cornell University. She became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in 2004. Katie’s clinical career has included private practice (both as an employee and as a clinic owner), teaching graduate ophthalmology courses to veterinarians, as well as software development. Katie recently founded BoosterPet with the vision of creating better work opportunities for both veterinarians and veterinary technicians by leveraging technology in the workplace. With four clinics in the Seattle area, BoosterPet is looking to expand their footprint in the PNW in 2023. Katie and her husband have three children, Zander (16), Zach (14), and Zoe (5), all run by the queens of the house, their Boxer named Sophie and their new puppy Penelope.
