Dr. Paul M. Ramsey grew up in a suburb outside of Pittsburgh, PA. For all of his life, he has always wanted to be a veterinarian. After graduating high school, he attended The Ohio State University. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Sciences a year early. During the completion of his bachelors, he was accepted into veterinary school at OSU. During those 4 years he received both his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a Masters in Veterinary Clinical Sciences.
