Stephen Cital RVT, SRA, RLAT, CVPP, VTS- LAM (Res. Anesthesia) is an educator, author, researcher, and veterinary anesthesia/analgesia and cannabis expert. Cital works at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Neurobiology.
